Permitted use
Install and operate one production instance, maintain one development/staging copy, customize the source, use your own branding and keep reasonable backups for the licensed installation.
Not permitted
Do not resell, sublicense, rent, publicly redistribute, publish or bundle the source code for resale. One standard purchase must not be used for multiple unrelated production businesses.
Agencies
Each unrelated production client requires its own license unless an extended or multi-site license is purchased.
Third-party components
Payment gateways, libraries, APIs, fonts, hosting and other third-party services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Updates & support
Updates and support are governed by the product offer shown at the time of purchase. A source-code purchase does not automatically include lifetime support or future major versions unless explicitly stated.
